You need to do something with AIWe tell you what
The AI opportunity map shows per process what AI delivers, what it costs, what your systems can already do and where to leave it. Then you know where to start, and why.
- Two days on site
- Per process in euros
- Also what not to do
- Credited when we build
One map, every opportunity
Not a fifty-page report. Two pages management can decide on.
Every opportunity on one map
What each opportunity delivers a year against the effort to do it. Do first, plan, take along or later.
Per opportunity: process, automation or AI
Much of the gain is in a better-run process or plain automation. Then we say so, even if it is not AI.
What your system can already do
For each opportunity we first check whether your ERP or planning software already does it. Configuring is cheaper than building.
Return, cost and effort
A range in euros per year, what it costs to do and how much effort it takes from your people.
Advice for one chain
Where to start: two or three opportunities that form one chain, with when it is done and how we measure before and after.
What not to do
Opportunities that do not pay now, or only once the basics are in order. That saves the pilot that delivers nothing.
This is what an opportunity map looks like
A machine builder doing new builds and repairs. The company and all figures are made up.
Do first
High value, low effort
Plan
High value, more effort
Take along
Small, but easy
Later
Basics first
| Opportunity | Type | Can the system do it? | Return per year | Cost | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Book hours straight onto work orders | Process | Yes, configure | €30–60k | €3–6k | Do first |
| Post-calculation per order for management | Automation | Partly | €40–80k | €4–8k | Do first |
| Match supplier invoices automatically | AI | Partly, integration | €10–20k | €4–7k | Do first |
| Work orders from voice or photo | AI | No, custom | €20–45k | €8–15k | Plan |
| Service memory per installation | AI | No, custom | €15–30k | €15–25k | Later |
Advice in this example: start with one chain. Hours and materials on the order, post-calculation per order visible, and a signal when an order overruns. Two of the three opportunities are not AI.
Example with made-up figures. A real opportunity map is based on two days on site with you.
From call to map
- 1
Introduction
A 30-minute call: which processes, which systems, who we talk to. Then you know whether the map makes sense.
- 2
Two days on site
We work alongside the people who do the work: orders, planning, purchasing, admin, customer contact. We look into the systems and the inbox.
- 3
Calculating
Per opportunity we calculate return, cost and effort, and check what your systems can already do.
- 4
The map with management
We go through the map together. You keep the map and the advice, even if you do not continue with us.
What it costs
€1,950
Fixed price, excl. VAT. If you have us build an opportunity afterwards, it is fully credited.
Who it is for
- Companies with 20 to 250 employees
- A lot of work that comes back every day: orders, planning, purchasing, admin, customer contact
- Management that wants to know where AI pays before money goes into it
Frequently asked questions
About the Leak Check, your invoices, your ERP and what it costs.
Why does the opportunity map cost money?
Because it is two days of work on site, plus the calculations. And because it is useful without us: the map and the advice are yours. If you have something built afterwards, the €1,950 is fully credited.
Does AI always come out of it?
No. Often the biggest gain is in a better-run process or plain automation, and sometimes your ERP can already do it. We put that on the map, labelled process, automation or AI.
How is this different from an AI workshop?
A workshop shows what AI can do. The opportunity map shows what AI delivers for you, per process, in euros, with what it costs. You decide on numbers, not inspiration.
Do we have to continue with you?
No. Many opportunities you can pick up yourself or with your ERP supplier; that is on the map too. If we build one for you, it is a fixed price per phase.
Who do you need?
Someone from management for the start and the end, and a few hours each from the people who do the work. We come to you.
More questions?
Call or email. You get an answer from the people who build the checks, not from a sales team.
