Why Agentfabriek
Producers and wholesalers lose money in places nobody sees. A pallet place that quietly gets more expensive. Crates that never come back. 10 grams of overfill per pack. Last year’s cost price. Small each time, big per year. At a 3% net margin, every percent of leakage costs a third of the profit.
Large companies have purchasing teams, controllers and recovery auditors for this. The mid-market does not. That is why we build this: an operations director’s rulebook, as software that checks every day, on top of the systems already there. And whatever else a factory needs, we build to measure, at a fixed price per phase.
We resell no one else’s licences and are tied to no ERP vendor. We integrate with a key the customer manages.
Software, not reports
Every alert has an amount and an action ready to go. No report that disappears into a drawer.
Sober about AI
Code does the checking and the maths, following the rulebook. AI only where something needs reading. A human approves.

Code does the maths, not AI
Prices, margins and balances must be right to the euro. That is a formula’s job, not a language model’s. AI only reads what needs reading.
