The result
Code calculates every leak according to the public rulebook, a person reviews every finding. Then you get the Leak Check as a PDF.
Seven leaks we check
Each leak is a rule from the rulebook, with a fixed calculation. No estimate, no average from a report.
Price up without approval
The same item, the same unit, a higher price. And nobody approved it.
Silent indexation
Every line from a supplier a few percent more expensive, from the same month. Common with freight, cleaning and maintenance.
Booked twice
The same invoice twice in the books, even when the number is written slightly differently.
Above the agreement
A price higher than in the contract or price list. Only if you give us those agreements.
Rush that keeps coming back
Rush surcharges, especially rush for the same item, again and again. That is planning that costs money.
Freight surcharges
Road toll, fuel and small-order surcharges, per carrier. As a signal, with the calculation.
Not compared in 12 months
Large suppliers where nobody put another quote next to theirs for a year. Always as a range, never as a promise.
Class A is demonstrably too much, B went up without approval, C is an opportunity you still have to negotiate. Only A and B count in the total.
Frequently asked questions
About cost, your data and how we calculate.
What does the Leak Check cost?
Nothing. You only pay if you then want the Leak Report (€1,950) or Margin Back (€7,950 for the first year). There is no obligation.
Why from €3 million in purchasing?
Below that there is usually too little to check to be worth it, for you and for us. If you are below it, the calculators in the rulebook let you check the biggest leak yourself.
Which export do you need?
Supplier invoices or the purchase journal for the last 12 months, in Excel or CSV: supplier, invoice number, invoice date and amounts. An export with invoice lines (item, quantity, price) is even better. After your request you get a tip for your system.
Who sees my invoices?
Only us. The files are stored on a server in the EU. We read PDF invoices with an AI model over a business connection; that provider does not train on what it reads. If you do not continue, we delete the files 60 days after the result.
Does AI do the calculation?
No. AI reads the PDF invoices. Any invoice whose lines do not add up to the total is set aside and checked by hand. Code calculates every amount according to the public rulebook, and a person reviews every finding before it goes into the result.
Why are there no supplier names in it?
The Leak Check shows how much leaks and in which type of leak. Exactly where, with the invoice line, the calculation and the email to the supplier, is in the Leak Report. If you start Margin Back within 30 days, we deduct the €1,950 in full.
What happens after the result?
We go through the result together. If the Leak Check shows at least €20,000 a year, we offer Margin Back: a Leak Report over 24 months and then your new invoices checked every month for a year, for €7,950. If we then do not find the amount on invoice lines, you get everything back. If the Leak Check shows less, we tell you that too.
Why only six a month?
Because we review every finding ourselves before it goes into the result. If the month is full, the form puts you on the list for next month.
