Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. The 'Performance Guarantee'. We define a KPI together (e.g. 'Book 10 meetings'). If the agent doesn't hit it in Month 1, we work for free until it does. We don't stop until it works.
What is 'The Reactivator' bonus?
A special campaign we run on Day 1. The agent scans your old/dead leads from last year and sends a personalized cheerful message to revive them. This often pays for the entire setup fee in the first week.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because we don't just give you a login. We architect the agent's brain, map your workflows, and integrate it with your specific tools. It's a consulting project, not just software.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, and 'Skill Tuning'. As new AI models come out (e.g. GPT-5, Claude 4), we upgrade your agent's brain so it keeps getting smarter.
Can I add more skills later?
Yes. Most clients start with one workflow (e.g. Support) and then look to automate Sales or HR. Additional skills can be added to your existing agent.
What about privacy/GDPR?
We offer full transparency. Data retention is set to your policy. A processing agreement is possible by default.
What is the difference between ClawdBot, Moltbot, and OpenClaw?
They are the same technology. The project started as 'Clawdbot', was renamed to 'Moltbot', and is now officially called 'OpenClaw' after a trademark dispute with Anthropic. Agentfabriek is the first certified implementation partner in the Netherlands and Europe.
