Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Agentfabriek": the contractor. "Client": the party purchasing services. "Services": developing and delivering AI solutions.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Agentfabriek unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Performance of the agreement

Agentfabriek will perform the agreement to the best of its ability. AI solutions are probabilistic; 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment constitutes default.

5. Liability

Agentfabriek is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

6. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, intellectual property rights to developed software and models remain with Agentfabriek or licensors.

7. Governing law

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
